八月初，我來到了廣州南沙，參加了為期兩周的封閉式篆刻集訓。一起集訓學習的都是高中生，高一至高三的大哥哥、大姐姐們，他們為了考上理想的大學，為了藝考中取得更好的成績而努力奮斗。第一天學習的是刻“回”字，人生中第一次拿刻刀去刻石頭，“回”字我刻得不好，橫不是橫，豎也不是豎，線條歪七扭八。但是第二天刻“馬”字的時候，我更加用心地刻，畫稿，模稿，修章，每個步驟一步不落。終于，功夫不負有心人，雙手快刻起水泡，而我刻的“馬”字被老師表揚了。接下來的幾天都是和刻刀、石頭、粉末打交道，我不止一次想回家，覺得訓練太辛苦，堅持不下去，盼著父母來接我。但是到了第二周，見到自己刻出來的印章越來越多，也慢慢適應和習慣了這里的生活，開始覺得刻章是一件很有趣的事。回想起這段時光，感觸良多，這次集訓不僅讓我學會了一種新技能，還鍛煉了我的毅力，讓我做事不半途而廢，有始有終，堅持到底。

暑假的開始，我們就進行了十天的旅游。目的地有兩個——九寨溝和若爾蓋大草原。
經歷了幾天的奔波勞累，我們首先來到了九寨溝。九寨溝是世界自然遺產，國家級5A級景區，國家重點風景名勝區。來到了九寨溝后，我們仿佛來到了人間仙境。澄藍平靜的湖面與天邊交錯輝映。湖旁的山丘連綿起伏，雄壯遼闊，好像是這邊湖的守護神一般巍然矗立在湖邊。初晨的陽光鋪灑在湖面上使湖面波光粼粼，熠熠生輝。九寨湖藍得像一塊晶瑩剔透、完美無瑕的藍寶石，使人忍不住觸摸湖水。湖面清澈見底，像一片明鏡一般，將行人紛紛清晰的照映出來。鳥兒時不時來湖中覓食，激起陣陣漣漪。
又經歷了幾天長途跋涉，我們成功的來到了若爾蓋大草原。若爾蓋大草原是我國三大濕地之一，從地圖上看，若爾蓋草原宛如一塊鑲嵌在川西北邊界上瑰麗奪目的綠寶石。與九寨溝不同，若爾蓋大草原的山的線條輪廓絲滑柔美，好似大自然用纖細的毛筆勾勒出來一般。每片草原上都有許多牧羊人在綠油油的草原上烤火放牧，悠哉悠哉，好生閑散。我們來到草原中間，感覺周圍的翠綠色猶如一片清流，我仿佛踩在清流上，隨波逐流。遠處，常常看見馬兒們在悠閑地踢著步，唱著歌。
若爾蓋大草原最著名的是黃河九曲18彎。在中原波濤洶涌的黃河在這里僅一條溫婉平靜的河流。水流清澈緩慢，從茫茫草海中穿梭而過，曲曲折折的伸向遠方。真的，幾天的奔波勞累兌換出何等美景，簡直物超所值！
回到家后，我就開始自己的學習計劃，最終在八月前完成了所有作業。旅游結束后，我也重拾自己的健身愛好，并加強體育鍛煉。意外的是，我沒有控制好強度，導致肩部腿部肌肉拉傷，膝蓋和小臂嚴重磨損，肘部差點脫臼，左手兩根手指拉傷。看來“物極必反”是真的。
