在一次政治課堂上，老師給我們播放了“大國工匠”的紀錄片。通過對大國工匠先進事跡的了解，我受益匪淺。紀錄片里講述了來自全國各地，各行各業的勞動者，他們文化不同、年紀不同、職業不同，但都有一個共同點——愛崗敬業。他們在不同的領域里憑借著自己過硬的技術和本領，用勞動智慧的雙手創造出一個又一個令人震撼的奇跡，為了祖國的建設添磚加瓦。
最讓我記憶猶新的是盧仁峰的事跡，他從事焊接工作40多年，左手因工傷落下了4級殘疾基本不能工作。但他重返崗位后，為了克服左手殘疾帶來的技術“短板”，他定下每天練習100根焊條的底線。他為了恢復技術能力，反復訓練把筷子當成焊條，把桌子當成練習試板。最終他單手掌握十幾種焊接方法，練就了精湛的獨臂焊接絕技。他創新操作方法，在我國新型主戰坦克等重要裝備的制造過程中，突破技術瓶頸，為國防軍工事業作出了突破。
新時代下我們呼吁“工匠精神”，那么什么是“工匠精神”呢？我認為這就是工匠精神——一種熱愛工作的敬業精神。與普通人不同的是，工匠的工作不單單是為了謀生活，更是一種遠大的人生追求。他們能夠耐得住清貧與寂寞，日復一日，年復一年，每天做著相同的工作。深夜，我們正熟睡之時；節日，我們與家人團聚相守之時；他們可能還在一線獨自奮斗鉆研，即使失敗了也不灰心氣餒，他們靠的是一顆恒心，靠的是對專業的執著甚至是癡迷。
古人云：“只要功夫深，鐵杵磨成針”，做任何事只要有恒心，堅持不懈，就一定會成功。每一位在不同崗位上的技能工匠，用他們的刻苦鉆研，辛勤付出，他們的不懈努力也創造出一個個不可能卻又可而為之的奇跡，也在詮釋著“三百六十行，行行出狀元”的至理名言。
進入中職校園，我選擇了計算機平面設計專業。我深知計算機知識不難，但是要想學好、學精是非常不易的，但由于計算機知識的更新迭代，日新月異，一度讓我感到迷茫。在班主任及專業課老師的悉心培養下，在“大國工匠”精神的感召下，讓我對所學專業重新燃起了希望，并漸漸充滿了興趣。通過親身經歷，也讓我深深地明白了一個道理：任何事情，不是有效果了才去堅持，而是堅持了才會有效果。我們無論做什么事情，都要像我們的大國工匠那樣，肯學、肯鉆研，練就一身真本領，在勞動中發現廣闊的天地，實現自身的價值。
匠心鑄就，強國有我。現在，接力棒傳到了我們新時代青年的手上，讓我們協心齊力，破浪前行，以青春為色彩，發揚精益求精的工匠精神，為建設社會主義現代化強國貢獻自己的力量。
